Fantastic location just above Sandy Beach Lodge in the village of
Naramata. Large yard and rec room provide lots of room for kids to

Okanagan Housecheck and Vacation Rentals
caters to families and mature adults. We do not rent to students or
other groups of youths. All of our properties are in quiet residential
neighbourhoods with striclty enforced noise by-laws.
Rental properties are subject to a maximum
number of guests each of whom must be registered. This number includes
all adults, children and infants. Properties and their facilities are
for the use of the registered guests only. Parties and social
gatherings of any kind are not permitted at our homes. We are unable to
provide facilites for parties or other social events so if you have
that requirement please book your accommodation elsewhere. The maximum
number of occupants is determined by the home's insurance policy and
must be adhered to. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will
be subject to eviction from the property, forfeiture of all rental fees
and the assessment of damage fees.
35% non-refundable deposit required to make a
reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage deposit on Visa or Mastercard required
at check-in. Amount is pre-approved only. Charges are processed only if
arise due to damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing inventory,
excessive cleaning or late check-out.
Confirmation of reservation, map, and driving
directions provided upon reservation.
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival
forfeits your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days forfeits all
payments, however, if able to re-book your property a full refund minus
a $50 administration fee will be provided.
Check in time is 4:30 pm. Check out time is
10:30 am. At some times of the year we are able to accommodate early
check-in requests. Please let us know if earlier check-in time is
required.
We supply all bed linens, towels (for use in
home only - please bring your own beach towels), hand soap, dish soap,
dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, one roll of paper towels. We do not
supply shampoo or laundry products.
All properties are non-smoking.
Okanagan Housecheck & Vacation
Rentals has been providing quality accomodations since 2004. Although
we have never had to cancel a reservation should one of our properties
become unavailable due to an emergency such as fire, flood or other
unforeseen circumstances guests will be notified immediately, receive a
100% refund, and assisted to the best of our ability to find suitable
alternative accommodation.
A Guest Registration Form and Liability
Waiver will be sent with Confirmation of your Reservation. Please read,
sign and return post to us.
