out of a passion for the Okanagan and her desire to help others experience
the very special Okanagan way of life.

it's a combination of so many things that makes the South Okanagan
such a unique place to be. It's a way of life I thought had disappeared…
it can't be found anywhere else in the world."
And she should know. As a former educator and aid worker she has lived
in many countries around the world including Bolivia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua,
and Malaysia. Her passion for travel has taken her from the European
continent to the remote corners of Bolivia, Nicaragua, India, Nepal,
Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia.
"When I travel I want to meet the local people, eat where
they eat, and go to the places where they like to go. I started
my business to provide an opportunity for people to come and actually
live in the communities of the South Okanagan so that they can really
experience the Okanagan way of life."
